This place is a joke. At best, 8 out of 10 times they end up either not having the medication that we called in for the DAY BEFORE, or they tell us they still need to fill it and wait 20 minutes when we called the DAY BEFORE. This results in having to make extra trips because we can't always wait. When I called in for my son's allergy meds on Thursday, she said it would be ready. Went to pick it up the Friday and surprise, it wasn't ready. They said it would be 20 minutes. I go there Saturday, TWO DAYS AFTER I CALLED IT IN, and they tell me they don't have it in stock. I am unbelievably irate. Gonna be switching to a different pharmacy altogether. Like I said, you guys are a joke.

Totally incompetent Pharmacy Department. Last evening I went in to get two vaccines at this CVS location. I waited 20 minutes before the Pharmacist came out and then she gave me both vaccines. AFTER NOT BEFORE giving me the vaccines I was told at checkout the cost was over $300. I asked repeatedly did you put it through my insurance and the Pharmacist indicated she did? I work for a BIG 4 Accounting Firm and have exceptional insurance thus this morning I called my insurance company to validate the cost. I was told that my regular insurance covered the vaccines 100% but because I went to the CVS and it was under Caremark they were rejected. At NO TIME did the Pharmacist tell me the insurance was rejected, nor how much it would be BEFORE administering the vaccines. I spent 45 minutes on hold with Caremark this morning and they too said they could do nothing. I asked them to send me a survey in order to report the incompetence of the Pharmacist. I am also trying to communicate to anyone here NOT to trust the Pharmacist at this location and do not allow them to give you any vaccines until they tell you the cost then at least you have a choice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you refrain from this CVS with their incompetent staff. I can only hope my message gets to the right people at CVS, CAREMARK as well as my firm.

Very poor pharmacy department. Not sure if they are just short staffed, but they really need help running things and doing their job. Bottom line, bc of their very poor customer service, we get our meds now at Metro Market. They actually are cheaper and they caught something that CVS Pharmacy didn't which was a mistake made by the doctor calling in the wrong prescription. CVS was just going to fill it and didn't do their job to check this. I guess CVS prides themselves on being a pharmacy rather than being actual pharmacists that help patients.

Had to transfer a few Rx from out of state. The tech and pharmacist were easy to work with. They pulled up the items and in a few minutes had the meds in hand. The inside store is a little dated but they have almost everything you’d be looking for. Staff seem friendly. Not many customers but it’s better than Walmart!
