Grace at the front desk is the friendliest person ever! She knows her hotel and was very informative and helpful. Room was clean and the hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed one night while in town for a funeral but I will stay here again when visiting family ☺️☺️

Giving this place a 5 stars not for luxery but because the people working there smiled and were pros. We dwelled there for 3 weeks. Kitchenette in the room was functional with good appliances. Gym gave my child and I some exercise during cold days. They have a pool but but its closed during winter. There are activities, stores, bars and restaurants very near to this hotel.

We stayed here for a quick 3-day vacation. It was our first time visiting this hotel so I did not know what to expect outside of what I saw on the website. It's a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It was nice to have a living room and separate bedrooms for the family. Although it was right along a busy road it seems like the rooms are somewhat soundproof because we barely heard a peep from outside so it was very quiet. Took advantage of the outdoor swimming pool on a couple of occasions. No pool inside so during the winter keep that in mind. Front staff, maintenance staff were all very helpful and really friendly. Although the hotel seemed completely booked you could hardly tell anyone was staying there, I think I only ran into just a few customers in the hallways the whole three days we were there so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. In their little dining area it was nice that they kept milk and yogurt stocked for that late night stack at no charge. So for our next trip down to the Milwaukee area we will definitely come back to this location. It was such a pleasant surprise and a very nice experience. Its location is surrounded by many businesses and restaurants and trendy locations. So if you're new to this area and you're looking for restaurants and shopping there is lots nearby within just minutes. Highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back. Our trip was quick, as we were in and out for a funeral. The Townplace was a great place for our family to stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and our stay was enjoyable. There were plenty of retail stores in the area if we needed to pick up any extras.
