I think the staff did a nice job, the room was great! We were there celebrating my daughter's 17th birthday, and had only done one room before. That place was in Madison and was fun, but the one we chose there was too hard for us. I liked Breakout better because you could ask for hints or clues, we should have asked for more help up front, but my daughter was having fun trying to figure it all out! She got some of the hard clues and without her figuring some of that out, we would still be at clue one! We will definitely go back! Thank you Breakout staff!

So much fun! It was so so nice that Brenden helped when we needed it. Sure he helped a lot (which we needed) but got it in 55 minutes! The help made it fun and I appreciate that. Thanks Brenden! The mystery mansion was so clever with its tricks and hidden items. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time doing the escape room. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the game was challenging. It is fun for all ages and everyone is welcome. They were very accommodating as I had accidentally booked my room for the following week. The staff acted quickly and got us set up with a different room and quite literally saved the day! Would definitely go back to check out the rest of the rooms.

Recently did the Casino room with family. The size limit is 8 for the group but we had 7 and it was a bit tight. However the room was very well set up, puzzles were thought provoking and our host, Jack was great with hints when we needed them. Unfortunately we got to the very last step but ran out of time! I have done 4 other escape rooms at different locations and would definitely go back to this one and try another room. Great fun on a winter night.
