The lady and man working as a teller are terrible. I went there to get my retirement document notorized and since it's a TIAA document they said they can NOT notorize it. I've went to US Bank for years to get things notorized and they said they can only notorize US Bank documents and it's been that way for YEARS. I just got one done 4 months ago that wasn't a US Bank document. They were so rude and disrespectful about it. Do not visit this branch. Absolutely terrible.

Very Disappointed . Came to check my safe deposit box just to find out they permanently closed this location . called and was advised i need to take app to retrieve my stuff . very worry not to lose it . why you not sending simple email to notify you are going to close and drill safe deposit box. Will never Bank with them .hope all my stuff are safe as supposed to be otherwise will take legal action .
