Not having access to the Arden mall location, I traveled to the ElkGrove store on Laguna Blvd, to pick up a modem! Long story short, after waiting at least 20 minutes without any type of acknowledgement, I finally said “I just need to pick up a modem!” First response, his name Darrion, told me to “wait my turn!” Next response from the next representative, “you can always have one shipped!” There’s so much more, I shared that it felt a bit like indifference and bigotry! Darrion, ultimately had to be held back from physically attacking me, saying his “whole family was black!” Never would have known! I guess the guy that came from the back was store manager, he instructed the representative Xavier not to help me and for me to get the hell out of the store! There were 2 police officers in the parking lot, one of them tan out to get them! Xavier, during all the terror, was able to do what it to get me a modem! The only employee to help, I thanked him, and apologized to other customers twice, but the staff in the store was Wrong! I sat in my car to try and calm down, first officer went into store, the second officer I stoped him, to let him know it was me, they told them about, I explained, by this time the first officer came out of the store, I just remember the officer I was speaking with, let him know the information I shared, and said to him “they treated her shitty” and advise me to contact Xfinity corporate! I lived in Elk Grove for seven years, never had a positive experience when I had to go in there, Indifference, is it! Submitted Complaint to BBB contacted by COMCAST person, the indifference starts from the top!!! They don’t care, and why should they!!! Horrible mobster like company!!!!!!

I really like the customer service that darion Lucas and Josh provided me today they really explain everything they were able to save me 15% on my bill and give me a package deal that I actually like I will definitely be coming back to the store in the future I walked in a little bit to closing time and they still took the time out to help me

I would give them no stars if I could but here ya go I guess…the store is literally filled with INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES who make an address block seem like rocket science , I would not recommend going here for sales or service maybe to pick up equipment but if you have anything more complicated skip this store and just call the call center. It took over a month to just start internet, that’s all nothing more. Instead they stressed me me over the previous tenants bill. I sent in everything they asked and still had to reach out to them after a month when I was told I’d be called the same day. I can’t stress how easy it was to do it on my own by calling a call center who escalated it and started my service same day..I’m leaving this review because I was beyond patient and they should have better customer service. Xfinity on Laguna do better!

I went into this location today to pick up my router and equipment. I was greeted and helped immediately upon entering. Heiu was super informative and helpful. Shaq answered my questions as well. Was in and out quickly, seemless transaction. I don’t normally write reviews to every place I go but I was impressed with the service here.
