Although my wait was extremely long today, the associates were very helpful. Zara was very patient but also quickly helped me handle opening several new accounts. There was another associate who’s name I don’t remember but she was very helpful and even lent me a iPhone charger while I waited in the lobby.

It's really bad customer service. Even in the Covid situation, other BOA branches deal quickly and in an orderly fashion. But this place just keeps you waiting for a long time. <Definitely no repect for seniors as well.>

Had a very bad experience at this branch and highly suggest visiting an alternative location at all cost. Took my senior mother-in-law to cash her cashiers check she purchase 3 months ago from this exact branch and she was told the check was no longer good or valid and that they would definitely not be able to help her. At the time of purchase, they told my mother-in-law that she had up to a year to cash it. You can imagine how devastated she was, feeling ill to her stomach thinking all her money in this cashiers check was gone (large sum), a deep sense of hopelessness and overwhelmed with anxiety. I really thought I was going to have to call an ambulance. She was panicked! When we asked to speak to the manager, we were shuffled off to the side an met at a window by "ALENOUSH" who claimed to be the Branch Manager. It went from bad to worse. Their explanations for not cashing the check did not coincide with each other. We would later in the day after calling the customer service number to file a formal complaint find out she lied about being the branch manager. When we asked repeatedly for her business card so that we could file a complaint she refused to provide it. She instructed every employee in the branch to deny us her business card. Alenoush is a high liability to Bank of America and should be removed from her position. At the very least she should be RETRAINED to follow company protocols. Most importantly, to fulfill her fiduciary responsibility to Bank of America's clients and to conduct herself with the highest standard of professionalism and above all, to be ETHICAL and non-disciminatory. I requested a formal apology from Alenoush personally for her bad conduct and if we do not hear back we will continue to escalate this complaint to all the governing agencies as needed.

I had a very bad customer experience at this location on Brand Blvd. The retail bankers name was Arpi. She rudely asked for my ID. When she was finished with my ID she threw it back to me. When it came time to give me the money I requested for withdrawal she threw that at me as well. I've been a customer with Bank of America since 2012 and I have never seen or experienced this kind of rudeness from a retaiI banker.
