Great service and they are always very friendly and willing to answer your questions and concerns. Super knowledgeable and their pricing is very fair but to boot they are very honest and kind! My first visit was years ago but I had a laptop that was overheating and the flat rate to fix it was S60 but the manager showed me how to remove 4 screws so I could simply do this at home. So easy and so honest... I bring everything to them now!

I went to cheap squad to get a keyboard replaced on my laptop. They did an amazing job walking me through the process. Their communication was outstanding. They called every few days to give me an update. Would highly recommend.

We get the device checked in and a technician will look at it. It takes about 1-2 business days for us to look at it in most situations. We would need to inspect the unit for a quote. The diagnostic fee is $45.00.
