We've used them four times now and will continue to do so. They seem to have a smooth operation and seem caring and know cats. Our cat has never come back with any issues. Two of our stays were for 6 nights, the others were shorter.

We love the Kitty Hotel. Tammy is who you want your cats to stay with while you're on vacation, and everyone on staff is warm and friendly. The place is a great size, and Tammy and the staff make sure the cats get time out of their enclosures in the larger play areas they have. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
