The staff is exceptional because any help I need they are there to assist me every time. They moved me from a townhouse which I packed up my bedroom set and my other bedroom which they were very careful with my things, which I put into storage at their facility. Everything was put into storage in a great way. Nothing that could be broken and they listened to where I wanted to have things that I had for my mom that had Alzheimer’s that needed to be close for me to get to easily. The guys were wonderful and very helpful. I would use them again if I ever needed them again.

A totally AWESOME experience with a move for my parents from their home to their apartment and on a Saturday! I was left without a mover at the last minute and panicking. I called and they offered the Saturday and even a Sunday option,. Unbelievable. They were friendly, efficient, so accommodating and professional. I HIGHLY recommend these folks for your next move!

Incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me into my desired moving date despite my late scheduling. Movers were very careful, professional, and efficient. My items were stored and stacked very well into the storage unit. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Cannot appreciate Ideal Movers enough!

Worst moving experience ever and I've moved a lot. I hired one place who then contracted out to this business. I ended up getting yelled at by the foreman. They this company charged me an additional $600.00 for their moving expenses. They sorta hold your furniture hostage. Then I was told they had 5 days to deliver my things and it took 2 weeks. Yet another company brought my things to me. Freaking nightmare. My floor lamp was bent and the mover broke my side table. They make you pay up before they start loading or unloading your things. The experience felt more like a hostage situation.

No, we do not do automobile storage.
Yes, our normal business hours are posted above. During those times, we have staff in our offices for your assistance. Directly reach our staff over the phone during those hours as well.
We have all the supplies for your packing & storage needs right in our office. Even if you are not using our moving & storage services, packaging & boxes are sold to the public at each of our locations.
No, Ideal Movers & Storage is not a warehouse style facility. Daily delivery trucks are not allowed.

Yes! We clean each unit before it is rented by a new occupant. We take pride in our pristine business! We repeatedly receive feedback on how clean our units are.
Weather protected storage units are accessed from the interior hallway. Their purpose is to protect the customer from rain, snow, wind, and other factors from the outdoors while accessing a unit. Weather protected storage does not include temperature or humidity regulation.
We lease our units on a month to month basis. We have a one-month minimum for storage, after that, you can cancel anytime.
Yes! To gain access our gated property, you will need your own individual keypad code given to you when renting a storage unit. In addition to our gate around the business, we have lights and security cameras around the units and rest of the property to keep you and your belongings safe.
