Manager Medium seems to be a bit racist. I have been to Burger King on Hamilton & Winchester at least 5 times for breakfast in a 2 week period. The service I received from other employees with wonderful this particular morning August 5th 2022 medium was really rude didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce creamers sugar or anything didn't get stirrers I didn't I got four forks and nothing else and I had pancakes and sausage one to charge me $2 for some water just really cold and rude I hate minorities with authority other than that the other staff was wonderful so tell medium to bump it down and stop acting like her job gives her power to be rude

I go to this burger king about once a week, and I had no problems until but about 4 months ago, I pulled up to the drive through and ordered my meal and then proceeded to the window to pay, I give the man my EBT card he swipes it and then asked me for my pin code, I thought he was joking because why would anybody ask me for my pincode. As I see hes not joking I ask him to put the pincode pad out so I can punch it in, he then tells me it doesn't reach so in order to get my food l gave him my pin code. I felt this wasn't right because they should never ask for your pincode. So fast forward a month later the day I get my benefits I was scammed out of my benefit's this has never happened before. This is the second time this has happened to me and I got scammed twice out of my benefits because this burger king wants to ask for my pin code. Burger King I don't see where your ok with this. I'm not the Only person this has happened to....

I ate there twice while visiting my mom for mother's day. I live in Palm Springs and was in the area for 3 days and it was near her house. I was totally impressed with the staff and service since both times I was there, they were short staffed but business was conducted as usual. They put Palm Springs to shame. I've seen more staff at a fast food restaurant in Palm Springs and still closed their dining room and just kept the drive through open. If you don't have a vehicle and walk, you could not eat there because walkers are not allowed to go through drive-up for safety reasons. Burger King was short staffed yet there dining room was still open. Actually the place was not spotless but it was still clean. The staff was extremely friendly and did not make excuses but explained in a very professional manner that it may be a few minutes longer than normal due to a minimal staff but it will be out shortly. I didn't hear any customers complain. But one person kept making requests, I don't know what about but then would say I know your busy so whenever you can get to it. I was beginning to get annoyed his requests but the employee was always calm and pleasant l applaud the staff of Burger King on Hamilton Avenue in Campbell CA.
