I have used Novato Car wash several times for basic car washes. They always do a great job and take care when prepping/washing my car prior to going through the automatic car wash. I have NEVER been disappointed. It’s easy, reasonably priced and super convenient.

They accept all cards and have a simple menu to choose from. Less than $20 for a solid exterior wash and detail? I’m in. Not to mention, the guys that work there are friendly and professional.

Bottom line the car got cleaned and the price was fair, but it sure took a long time! After the wash my car sat for 15 minutes before someone came by to do the wipe down and interior. Suggest that they hire more staff especially for sunny Saturday mornings. You get to stay in the car while they wash it. The wash is not brushless, if that matters to you.
