This visit was July 8th around 5pm. Gerber Road location. Cheese on cheeseburger not melted. Fries cold. Disappointed in the crew on deck that evening. The morning crew is really good though. Evening workers need food temperature training.

What's the point of curbside if your going to deliberately leave the food in counter in hopes that customer comes in to get it. 16 minutes waiting outside! For McDonalds that's too slow. Also the manager or shift leader in there has the place with low morale. You can just tell this place isn't being run properly.

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive thru and only 2 cars ahead. Ordered a double hamburger NO cheese. Menu board reflected this. Got to the pick up window, reiterated no cheese. Window clerk said, "We don't make those". I said yes you do. He said I needed to specify no cheese. I said I did. My receipt said double cheeseburger. After a little more banter, I said to just give it to me. The burger was cold and so were the fries. Not the first time they screwed up my order, but it is now the last

The kids loved the boxes. But they got the capybaras toys twice. And i got them more.happy meals yesterday and they got two more capybaras. We didn't even take the new two out of pakaging to.give to.their cousins, but like they were hoping for actual characters they remember from the movie.
