Doreen and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the person who prepared it for the week kept the food/dining area very clean and stocked. Room was clean on arrival, and housekeeping service was top notch.

I wish there was an option for zero stars, because this hotel deserves it. It is disgusting, not worth it. Place is like the dirtiest thing I have ever seen, surprised I didn’t see cockroaches in it.

I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel has a great location! It is close to I-95 for easy traveling North & South in Maine. I was able to travel to Augusta & Bangor Maine really easily thought my stay. The hotel was very clean and up to date. There was only a couple downsides; one was the mattress was not too comfortable & the bedding was heavy & hot. Also, the bathroom did not have a regular door, it had a sliding barn style door. Note that this door does not lock. It would be nice if they could install a hook and latch on the inside to help with that. They had a nice breakfast selection; cereals, bagels, toast, egg, juices, & my favorite create your own waffle station. Most importantly the staff was very friendly & helpful. They gave me great recommendations for restaurants in the local area. Highly recommend the Silver Street Tavern & the Lions Den.
