Just moved across the street and this is probably the worst location in Sacramento. I’ve been here a couple times and the first time the food was old and lettuce was welted. That was about a week ago. Seems like they just gave us the food that sat there all day. Usually I’m understanding and forgiving so I tried again last night and that probably was the worst decision I coulda made. I woke up this morning with food poisoning been throwing up all day with diarrhea. I’d avoid this location at all cost. The workers there clearly don’t care about service and they clearly need more help in there. Owner needs to get on sight or something because the place SUCKS

If I could give negative stars I would. I have frequented this Jack in the box for 6+ months and it has progressively gotten worse. So bad that I will not be returning probably ever. My order was always messed up, missing items or cold. Staff (especially nighttime) was rude and dismissive, taking super long to take orders or payment. Tonight I sat at the order box for a few minutes and got no response so I simple drove away. I do not recommend this place EVER!!!!!
