I used the drive thru here....I noticed they had a Promotional Milkshake (Girl Scout Cookie) on the menu. Ordered 2 shakes and an order of Onion Rings. That's all. Total was $20.25. For two milkshakes and onion rings?! I asked for a receipt. Of COURSE the register's receipt printer was 'out of paper'. So no receipt for me. (Was reloading new paper not an option? Just sayin.) Lazy workers, but they are kids, so eh. Won't buy those again though. No milkshake from Jack In The Box is worth almost 8 bucks.

Early in the morning. Is not good ideal to buy breakfast. I bought a load breakfast sandwich and hashbrown. The hashbrown was over cooked. And the was load sandwich was sitting in wasp for a while. I didn't eat I just threw away . I wasted 8.00. And to pay there pay check. What a wast!!! Never going back for a minute.

Went threw the drivethrew and order 7piece jalapeño poppers and got 12 piece chicken nuggets instead and my drink tasted funny . What a disappointment. I tried to called to make a complaint and no answer.

Hi, I was just at this jack in the box and I went through the drive-thru and I ordered an munchie meal and a side of tacos. The problem was that they took forever to say anything on the intercom, and once I got up to the window the customer service was horrible the guy had AirPods in his ear and couldn’t hear anything I was saying, the other lady had an attitude and was really rude.. all together this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any jack in the box. I get my food and I have this taco in my bag that was empty it only had cheese and lettuce in there no meat at all…
