I bought thousands worth of materials for a house build of their materials list found one that was over sold and tried to take it back, the said I was out of the 48 hour window to return items. I now have several materials that were not needed. When I went to return it they basically laughed at me and told me to go away. The manager did not even feel like it was worth his time to come and talk to me. Very disappointed in Parr lumber and expected more from them. I will no longer recommend Parr to others and will be doing business other places now.

Last summer we purchased windows and doors for two houses from Parr lumber in Bend. Love the product. BUT...the windows were ordered wrong 3x with a delay of 7 weeks each time; wrong sizes, white inside when supposed to be grey, 2 windows were all white so they had to be painted to match the others and 8 windows in total ordered incorrectly. 3 of the exterior doors were ordered incorrectly so now we have front doors with no frosting because we couldn't wait to have the correct door reordered. I have been hesitant to call and complain, but when I saw Yelp reviews I felt like others should be aware of the issue. And we paid full price for everything. Management was told about they issue, but no one for Parr ever reached out and the guy that did the ordering barely said sorry.
