Nice selection. Best part was Steven Rosenthal, the rep who began assisting us. More than 20 years experience selling appliances and helping with home remodels. He gave us his honest opinions and he suggested some less expensive options based on quality and reliability or actual functionality over pure esthetics. We're definitely coming back as we ran out of time to pick everything we need for a full kitchen remodel.

After buying a new construction, I was in the market for kitchen appliances. With all these brands and specifications, I was completely lost! This is where the amazing team at Pacific Sales came in and made my worries disappear. Their expertise, knowledge, and professionalism shined through in each and every interaction we had, whether it be at the home visit or in the store. First and foremost, I would like to give a special shout out to Maria who came by and measured our space and answered all of my questions (and trust me I had a whole bunch)! And of course the lovely Michelle who helped me with the purchase and made sure I got all of my rewards through my Best Buy credit card. These ladies were phenomenal & I highly recommend you visit this Chatsworth location of Pacific Sales whenever you need new appliances! Ordered appliances in April and still don't have them. Based my remodel completion date on the expected delivery of the appliances. Paid in full since April, since they got paid there is no incentive for BB to push Thermador to get the orders delivered. Bad customer service, don't expect them to keep you updated with your order once you pay them that's it. You will have keep calling to no avail.

These guys are awesome. Always happy to help. Their team is amazing. Scott the manager is extremely cool and easy to work with. Sergio in plumbing really knows his stuff and their entire team is friendly. A great experience buying our appliances and fixtures. Great selection, great prices and top notch service make this place and easy choice. I highly recommend.
