BEWARE - Quoted $35 for RV tank valve replacement. The tank was full, and they said they would pull the propane out then put the propane back in when they were done. Awesome - I left tank with them. Got a call message saying it was done, and bill was $120. Called them back for an explanation on why I wasn't notified of price increase and why the price was so high, & was told it was a "special" valve (it is a very common standard RV tank), the labor charge was FOUR times higher than what they quoted, and they charged for the propane they put back in the tank. I said I was told they would just put the propane back in that they had taken out and he said oh no, we vent that to the outside air. I said "you vented a full tank of propane to the outside air? That's a very environmentally unfriendly thing to do". How is this even legal? I told the guy, I shouldn't be charged for the propane because you said you would take it out then put it back in. He said, "hey man, we don't give propane away for free"... I was absolutely dumbfounded. I didn't go in to pick up the tank that day, saving money to pay the huge bill, and two days later I got another phone message saying they were "doing their books" and needed me to come in and pay for the tank immediately or they were going to disassemble it and throw it away. Absolutely unbelievable. Stay far far away from these people
