Best dealership I have ever experienced for service. They are honest, fast and friendly. I appreciate my care and the service. Tommy is the guy I normally deal with and he is EXCELLENT. Today I dealt directly with the manager (Tommy wasn't in) and I found Ryan just as awesome as Tommy. Before moving here from Utah, I had one mechanic and I trusted him with everything. I had second thoughts about moving, he is that good! I am glad I found a good backup here, a dealership I can trust. Thanks!

Wonderful staff: they know what they’re talking about and are able to break down issues/concepts to make them easy to understand without being condescending. I had a steady leak in my tire sidewall that I discovered Saturday afternoon, and panicked because I’m not from the area and I was supposed to drive about 4 hours back home on Sunday (when most service centers are closed). They were able to order AND pick up a comparable tire to what I had prior, put it on, rebalanced all my tires, washed my car, and made sure all my tires were in good shape. The whole thing took under two hours!! The price was great, everything was under $150 total. Thanks Brad for getting me back on the road so fast.

Overall... Unimpressed. While the service to the vehicle performed was adequate, the overall customer experience was incredibly irritating. I left a call back message with the customer care team 3 times, twice over the phone, once using the online chat option. I received no calls back. I also managed to leave a message directly in the service department, to which I received no call back. I'm not sure voicemails are even being listened to at this time as the voice message apologizes for being closed for a holiday (what holiday lands on Feb. 8?). Additionally, my boyfriend (not husband, not relative) was able to make financial decisions regarding the vehicle when his name is no where on the lease and at NO POINT was I contacted about additional work they needed to complete to give me back a healthy vehicle. They also did not hand him a receipt once the work was finished and paid. I should note, the only reason my partner brought in the vehicle is because he called the sales department who transferred him to service because he was tired of bringing me into work. Do better.

The engine service indicator light can come on for many reasons. What's most important is that you call us and schedule an appointment so that we can diagnose the situation. Although you may not feel, hear or see a change in your vehicle's performance, there may be an issue that will only get worse the longer you wait to have it checked.
We do, if requested by you, the customer. We use a brush washer, and want you to be comfotable with that prior to washing the car.

If a pre-owned Honda vehicle has passed the Certified Pre-Owned inspection requirements, it will have a Honda warranty. Pre-owned vehicles of another brand will come with a warranty from our store.
Test drives are generally 15-20 minutes long. If you would like to take the vehicle for a longer period our sales team can arrange the details with you depending on availability.
Certified Pre-Owned vehicles have gone through a rigorous inspection, required by the manufacturer, to achieve "Certified" status and warranty. We will certify Honda vehicles as we are a Honda dealership.
