Ordered a wine holder to replace a friend’s that I accidentally broke. It came broken and there was no return ups slip nor any information about returning at all. So now I replace a broken one with one that is less broken and crazy-glued together. Hope I don’t lose a friend!

You can't even look at their website unless you are a wholesale or retail company. Now that I know this I won't buy their merchandise when I see it in many of the stores I frequently go to. I'm a truck driver and I don't want to have to haul around extra things in our truck across the US for weeks to months at a time. What a bummer. I will look for things similar to purchase instead. 👎👎😕
