The self check out is convenient but the lady standing by couldn't help me. I figured out the issue on my own. I had also purchased a cold salad, using one of their flimsy takeout containers. It was falling apart and apparently no one in the store had a rubber band. I went to customer service and was initially handed a small piece of scotch tape. Eventually someone found a white shipping label which helped. Customer service has definitely gone down this location.

Great market with a grand variety in groceries, fresh produce meat and seafood. You will be able to score extra discounts every week in already reduce productos, if you are a prime member.

Self checkout attendee harassed my elderly parents and accused them of stealing when they were actively ringing up items. When calling to report the behavior the person who picked up the phone simply stated “That’s just your perception” and hung up. My parents have been shopping at this Whole Foods since It opened and have NEVER been treated so poorly. Hire better human beings please.

The selection alone deserves 5.5 stars. The produce is fresh, and you can find unusual and unique products in almost every aisle. The only reason I took away a star is the cost per item. There is also a convenient Amazon return location inside—you don’t even have to pack the item beforehand.
