Usually well stocked and a nice variety of sun/shade, drought and deer resistant. Many of the staff are helpful in giving advice or information about plants.

Good luck finding prices on plants or anyone to help you in the garden department. And there are never enough registers open -- anywhere in the store. Even self-checkout is a mess.

No idea, I'm not an employee. Call the store directly.
Just don't expect to find anyone who is actually qualified as a gardener or botany. I waited for a half hour Wednesday morning and found at least 8 workers mostly whom said they are outside merchandisers or where cashiers trying to locate and return products. I never found help even after the store paged twice. So good luck if you don't actually know what jasmine is you will not get far asking for assistance.
