If I could give them 0 stars I would. When people trust you with the precious task as helping their loved one transition from this life to the next you would expect them to honor that trust. They made careless mistakes and instead of being apologetic they were defensive and argumentative. From falsely stating they had the capability of streaming the service so family members and friends who could not attend in person due to Covid-19 (I actually have to amend this statement the service was broadcasted but not sure if it was through Reid's because they later stated they could not but would provide USB copies or if the live stream was provided by Wisconsin Memorial) and CDC regulations (which they could not) to giving out the wrong date and location of the service, they made this time of sorrow more stressful. When concerns about misinformation was brought up (the day of the funeral) they were extremely rude, their lack of compassion and empathy left me feeling discounted and disrespected. I wouldn’t entrust them with the home going service of a goldfish.

Mr. Reid is a phenomenal man. I'm a funeral home owner here in Clarksdale, MS and I was referred to him by another colleague of mine in reference to a case I needed picked up, embalmed, and sent to Memphis airport. Not only was he remarkable but he eased my burden because he called the next of kin and got all the vital info needed for transit permit and death certificate which technically was my responsibility. The remains arrived in top notch condition, not to mention he allowed the next of kin to view in Milwaukee before ship-out.
