This place needs to hire better management, you truly go to this store just to be disappointed. They never have anything you want,items are not stocked correctly according to date. The lines are always long. You will always see groups of workers not doing nothing but chilling around,trying to avoid eye contact with you so you can't ask them a question.

Bought a Television the sales clerk were not helping me; Went and approached Mrs. Francis and she assisted me with this 65 inch. Didn't hurt that she's my older sister. Love is just and experience ♥ away.

This is the worst service I've ever had. Recived racial slurs, for gets price corrected for something that ringed up more than the price it showed. And they deciced only 1 per customer when there was clearly no signs. This place needs more customer service training and plain practice with human interaction. (Rung up $55)

The Parking Lot at this place, is an absolute disaster! What kind of management let's something like this happen? If the Parking lot is this horrible, I can only imagine how horrible the inside must be.. I'm sure corporate would love to see how this store maintains its property...

They are cutting down on over head more money goings n their pockets
Each department should have a floor manager. The floor manager should be one that is genuinely concerned about the upkeep and the quality of care that each employee displays in his or her department. Unfortunately in this day and time young people are only concern about themselves and their appearance. If mortar and brick want quality employees they must hire season experience employees, ones that will oversee the young employees to make good names for themselves. If not we will be ordering everything online.
Try Walmart online shopping. You can either order for delivery or pick up. Just choose the store if you want pick-up. Good luck with the slippers.
