I appreciated their service checking my car over. I would like a more detailed report on my car and what was found. I also didn't understand the charges on the bill as I was told the filter and labor together would be 20. Yet I paid over $50. They didn't o er my car though great customer service otherwise!

If you are looking for an auto repair shop that not only has the best customer service but is fair, timely and friendly, you have found it. I hesitate to tell all of Google about how fantastic John and his team are (because I still need their help a couple times per year!), but Good Hope Service is so deserving of all of the great reviews.
