I lived here for two years, the neighbourhood is good but the staff are money hungry, they will take all your deposit at the slightest wear that other apartments will overlook. They took my $800 for normal stains on the carpet! never heard that in entire adult life. this is day light robbery. If you are looking for an apartment where you hope to get your deposit back, this is definetely not an apartment you can think of as a remote option. Not a place to stay. If I can give them negative star rating, they deserve -10

I have been a resident for 21 years! I love my apartment. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. If I need anything fixed, the maintenance staff have it fixed within the day; the grounds are very well kept, landscaped. One thing that I wish was on the property are some benches to sit on and read a book, etc. I don’t always feel like getting in my car to go someplace, if there were areas here I could sit and enjoy the fresh air, that would be nice!

This is a safe place to live. The doors are secure and the mail boxes are secure. It is a quiet place to live. The hallways are always clean. The laundry room is always clean. The landscaping is kept up. The signs to the office are well published. There is a safe and secure mailroom on the 1st Floor where you sign in in the leasing office building. Theres over 400 families living here. There's a swimming pool from Memorial day to Labor day out side by the Leasing Office building.

The staff does a great job of responding to issues in a quick manner. I always feel welcomed when I come into the office. I would highly suggest this community. If you want a landlord who cares about their tenants, then you have come to the right place.

The commuter rail is one mile away and the MBTA has a stop in front of the community across from the NSMC.
We provide ample outdoor parking for our residents. Parking is not assigned and permits are required for all vehicles and are issued through the management office. We allow guest parking during the day but after 6 PM and before 8 AM only residents with parking permits are allowed to park in the parking lots
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Indoor cats are permitted and dogs of non-aggressive breeds are permitted in certain apartment homes. There is a maximum of one dog per apartment home in buildings 5, 6, 7 & 8. There is a monthly pet rent required. Please contact the office for more details about the pet policy.

These apartments were built in1973, and we did renovations in the '90s.
Appliances in 2-bedroom and select 1-bedroom apartments have dishwashers. Electric stoves and refrigerators in all apartments; there are garbage disposals in the sinks. Apartments do not include built-in microwaves.
Washers and dryers are available in laundry facilities located on the first floor in every building. Laundry facilities are open from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Residents of two-bedroom apartments have the option of a storage bin in the laundry room. If available their apartment number is listed on the bin and they put their own lock on it.
We have a Package Concierge system in the office building. When a package is logged into the system each resident gets their own email to notifications and info to retrieve the package.
Residents are responsible for their own internet and cable service. Our apartments are cable-ready. The provider in our area is currently Comcast because Salem does not have FIOS yet.
We do not provide valet trash service, but we have dumpsters located throughout the community and a recycle receptacle near the office and building six.
We collect a deposit and the first month's rent before move-in, but we do not require the last month's rent before move-in.

We plow the parking lots the day after a snow storm as long as there are 2 or more inches of snow on the ground.
