I ordered a barbecue for delivery from ace hardware in Marblehead on a specific day two weeks out, they never delivered, delayed as week, then another week with only excuses and blaming everyone but themselves. Having had enough, I went to this Home Depot, ordered a barbecue for delivery two days later, the day came, they could not assemble it as promised, they called and were very apologetic, took full responsibility and substituted a $1500 upgraded unit fully assembled for my $1000 unit. That’s customer service! Shop here, not at lousy ace hardware!

Casher was fantastic when she ciuld locate a warehouse person she went above Nd beyond to get our order on her own. Ive never ever have seen that at a HD pickup before. Can't tell about the product but it did come before promised.

This is the worst store in terms of customer service. I don't mean the people who work on the floor. The management is such a let down. Was waiting for my special order refund due to their error for 6 month! Nobody cares about the customer. My home renovation project went unfinished. If you are planning a large project, go elsewhere.

That's a very specific question for which you'll want to contact Home Depot directly. If you call your local store they can tell you if they have it in stock, and if they don't which location does. Or, you can do an item search on their website, or call their main customer service number.
You need to call a local Massachusetts plumber who does work in Lynn Mass and schedule an appointment with both your tenants to let them in or your property manager and with the plumber
You might want to try Salem's Walmart electronics staff, if they don't have anything, you'll need to visit a specialty store like Best Buy. But I doubt there are cameras that don't have internet access or wifi capabilities. You could do a Amazon/Google search if it exists.
