Been using this place for a while, since bill kelly owned it. The two guys that run it now have the "tough guy" demeanor & are condescending. Their policies are very strict, even for repeat customers. They need to lighten up & take it down a couple of notches. I can assure you that i will go exclusively to landry tool rental on Bennett st in lynn going forward.

I could not get my Honda pressure washer running after I had lent it to a buddy. Dropped it off late on Friday and it was ready midday Monday. Carb was all gummed up, fixed quick and at a good price. Second piece of equipment I have brought to them, great experience both times. Highly recommend.
