Wonderful staff, food was freshly made and hot. The cook took time and prepared our meal. The meat was very soft and fresh. Best Flame Broiler I've been to in a while.

Good n clean no more than 5 customers at a time
Is not the cholesterol level it's the Carbs. Doctor oz Saying if you boil the rice then refrigerated overnight and then reheat it it becomes starch Resistant. Also cooking your rice with a little bit of coconut oil also builds up or changes the starch resisting.
