Been on the phone for 3 hours to authorize child care. SO I CAN WORK . I HAVE STUFF TO DO BESIDES SIT ON HOLD TO GET DISCONNECTED BY YALLAND NO CALL BACK. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL Fix your phone system too. Always disconnecting people.

Very very very very poor service everybody connected to the Wisconsin foodshare is rude, ignorant, unprofessional & unprepared to work on foe nem grave shordy I can not make this up, the wait time is over 3 hours I called twice in one week & was never able to reach them. On my dead homie I been trynna update my address for almost 2 weeks then they turned around & transferred me to a automatic voice system & hung up, they’ll really make somebody hurt them onna guyz, better quit acting goofy like I won’t come up there & tweak with y’all fr shordy

I called this morning and two ladies one lady name is JAMI IM NOT SURE OF THE OTHER LADY NAME but they really made my day. Just when I felt like giving up, they made everything work out in my favor... 🙏🏽(Childcare department) I liked that JAMI CALLED ME BACK JUST TO UPDATE ME ON EVERYTHING. She’s the best💯💯
