It's Arby's, so you know what to expect - a varied menu of quality items that are a welcome break from the monotony of lesser fast food joints. I like the value of the 2 for $6 mix and match offerings. The new lemonade line looked interesting, but with no refills was a little too high for me to try. I went with the sweet tea instead.

We stood in line for about 10 minutes with absolutely no movement. The drive through was around the building so I thought lobby would be faster, my mistake. There was a guy in front of me who had not even been acknowledged yet. Worst part was the Grub Hub orders were popping up on screen and getting priority over lobby also so coming and waiting in person, face to face is the least desirable way to have your business, per Arbys. We left after 15 minutes and no one had even said Hello.

We saw a sign in the window saying $1 kid meals with combo purchases. So we got 3 combos and wanted 2 kids meals. They said the promotion was over. We asked why the sign was still up then and if they would honor it, the guy said for one. So, we asked for a 6pc. nugget meal, he replied " I can do a 4 pc." I work in retail at a corporation, if you forget to take down a sign or if something is mislabeled, the right thing to do is honor the customer's request.
