I've been with Bank of America since 1993. This particular bank has gotten worse over the years with long wait times and rude service. I went in to deposit some cash and also to covert some cash into some rolls of quarters. I asked for a receipt but the teller refused to provide one. I asked again for a receipt but the teller said "I can't deal with this and you need to move on" and told me to move away from the window and wait for a manager. The manager shows up 10 minutes later and says that he'll look into it and tells me to wait. After the long initial wait to see the teller, the wait to see the manager and now another wait for the manager to look into it, I was in the bank for over 45 minutes. If they ran out of ink or was out of paper or the machine broke or the system was down or the teller messed something up...they should just be honest but instead they have you wait. They really don't value your time. I walked out without a receipt and opened an account with Chase. They had a wait time too but 10 minute waits are manageable, not 45 minute ones due to incompetent and rude workers.

My issue is with BofA the company not this individual branch. My account dipped below the required $1500 to avoid the "monthly maintenance fee" for literally a couple hours. Before the end of the day I had replaced the money but since it was after 8pm they still charged me $12. By charging me the $12 it took my account under again, therefore I will be charged $12 again next month. Despite speaking with an associate and then a supervisor on the phone (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes), they still couldn't as a measure of goodwill reverse the fee. BofA has HORRIBLE customer service, would not recommend them to anyone.
