Overall my experience at this urgent care was good. It is a very clean, spacious office. The person at the front desk was friendly and directed me on what to do seeing as this was my first time there. The medical assistant who took me to the room and did the initial consultation was very kind and polite. The wait for the doctor wasn’t too bad - maybe 10 minutes or so. The doctor was wearing scrubs that said Kaiser on them. I wouldn’t say he was the most friendly doctor but he wasn’t terrible either. He just seemed quick - he spoke quickly and each examination was quick. When I was telling him my symptoms, he didn’t look me in the eye. Perhaps he was thinking thru what I was telling him? Anyway he requested a couple of tests, got the results and had me on my way with prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy and a printed summary of my after care. I like it when a medical office can send my prescription to the pharmacy electronically versus me handing in a sheet of paper and waiting at the pharmacy. I would go back to this urgent care.

I had called and they were nice enough to tell me when would be a better time to come in, and they were right, I only waited a short time with a couple of patients before me. They were courteous, direct and helped me, and made sure everything was OK prior to releasing me. If I need services again, this would be my first choice.

I found this place on Google while traveling from Michigan to CA and not feeling well at the end of my trip. Everyone, and I mean everyone, that I encountered was upbeat and helpful. I didn’t feel well, was tired from traveling and time change, so was grumpy and impatient. Not one person treated me like the grump I was. Very efficient, very thorough; the doctor is awesome. I felt they went above and beyond to accommodate me.

The wait was less then 15 mins. I forgot my insurance card and the front office was able to verify my insurance. The doctor was very detailed and knowledgeable in what was going on with me.He suggested some recommendations and I was on my way, very pleased with the services and was out within 1hour, if I had gone to the ER it would have been hours. All the staff was very nice and professional and made me comfortable ,will recommend.
