New to SchoolsFirst and their Union and we liked their costumer service very much. Their services are very useful for educators and they have very excellent loan options. Meanwhile after our first visit to this Branch, I should say the management are doing a great work! Although it was very busy, everything was moving as quick as possible and all the personnel were kind and nice. The manager also met us and said hello while giving us a little and cute gift to welcome us to SchoolsFirst!

I have only been to this location a few times but Jason has been the teller both times I have been there. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If any of his managers are seeing this, he definitely deserves a raise and recognition for his excellent customer service

By far the best money-handling institution I have ever had. They have best financial services, great summer saver rates, smart, responsive and helpful staff. Their rates are always better than bank rates, and their fees are consistently low for everything. Theyve kept me amazed and happy for twenty-some years.

Yes
If you or anyone in your family works for a school in any way, you can open an account
Closest would be the branch off Alton and Jeffrey which also has ATMs outside
They serve school employees and direct family Members of school employees. So if your parents, grandparents or siblings have an account you can get an account. With family members that are cousins, aunts or uncles you would need them to get your parents or siblings an account before you would be eligible. The staff there are super friendly and helpful you should go in and check it out!
Yes they do. Call first to be sure they have someone available that day at your specific time
