Dr Lopez took 4 1/2 hours to do a root canal and another 2.5 hours to do a post an crown! not happy , No confidence extremely slow didn’t explain anything what she was gonna do was a horrible experience

I don't know where to complain, because of a hairpiece they made me, and it's wrong. I called the hospital to tell them that the denture is wrong, because I can't bite on the left side, when I bite my gum hurts a lot. They gave me an appointment where they only scraped the hairpiece a little, but I'm still the same, I can't bite on the left side, because of the pain it causes... I told them that my hairpiece was still wrong, and they gave me an appointment for last Friday, , and this appointment was canceled putting silly arguments. I called the same Friday and told them that my hairpiece is wrong, I can't bite and I think I'm damaging my gums, and they have given me an appointment for this Monday at 8am. I hope they solve my problem, and they don't come to me with silly arguments. If someone from the hospital reads this, please tell me where I can file my complaint for malpractice in dentistry, and be able to elaborate more on the treatment they have given me. false.

The staff was so nice and comforting! The wait was not long either and I was a new patient. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly- even doctors in the hallway made sure I was finding my way with no trouble. The dentist, assistant, x-ray tech and receptionists were very kind and took time to explain everything to me. I cannot express how pleasant my experience was and I am terrified of dental appointments! Thank you so much!
