Obviously my bad review was removed somehow. If anyone interested in knowing what they did to my mom and broke her tooth, please go to BBB. I've also reported this issue to New Jersey Consumer Affair, as well as the board of Dentistry of New Jersey. This is an irresponsible dental office, which does not care about patient's health, and tried their best to cover the fact from the public. Original Post: ================================================== Horrible experience. My mom did a root canal and a crown at here, and she was feeling pain since the root canal was done. The crown got a big crack 3 weeks after it was done. When my mom went in that office and complained about the pain around the crown, Dr. Ballili told us that because of my mom's grinding issue, she's going to ruin that new crown in short period of time. So ironic because the crown was made of cement, and it had been only less than 3 weeks, and he did not say anything when it was done. He tried to persuade (or trick) us to do a night guard in their office, that is going to cost us $250. We went into another dental office 3 days later and the other doctor told us that my mom is not good for a night guard because the crown was already broken. We decided to not let them fix up the cracked and broken crown because that doctor, Rahib Ballili is certainly not good at this. Instead, we asked for a full refund for the root canal and crown that he did. I called their office for a full refund, all they said is that they are going to call me back after they discussed with their manager. The manager certainly is the busiest person because I haven't heard from he or she since yesterday. Because we do not trust that doctor anymore, we went to a new office to check the cracked crown and what's going on under that crown and what's wrong with the canal. We tried to leave their office but the front desk (or the cashier) deliberately delayed the time. I don't know if she did that on purpose or if she's just bad at English. My mom wrote down the pharmacy address for her on a paper, and she not only put it into Google, which took her a long time, and asks me to spell that to her, like we have the time to listen to their "explanation." Don't go there. Be responsible for your own health. Now my mom has to let somebody else to go over that painful procedure again and she needs to pay for it. I cannot believe it.
