It’s there for you when your bladder lets you down. Bliss Rest Area is there for you. It’s bliss is in the details. All the angles, the skylights, the absolute creative brick gradient. They have multiple picnic shelters and everything is clean. Not many rest stops can say the same. This is the best rest stop between Idaho falls and Boise. Five stars.

Restrooms not the best. But good parking lot lighting and plenty of parking. Rest area on both sides of the road. Not a lot of local information, but what's there is useful if your going to spend time in the area.
