We love staying here. This last trip we showed up around 1 a.m. and they gave us they're last room available. We had our pet with us and it was no problem for the staff the staff to accommodate us. Being just off the freeway is great too! There's gas and food nearby. The staff that was on duty were pleasant as usual. We will definitely stay here again. The 3 stars on the room were only because they were outdated and could use a little more maintenance. But they were comfortable.

I called asking about same-day vacancy and was given an option between two affordable rooms. In fact, the price was so good I was a little worried there would be a catch. Thankfully, I did not encounter any problems other than no wifi, which didn't bother me but might inconvenience some (they were "in between internet providers"). Either I got lucky, or the staff at the Amber Inn have made an intentional effort to fix the problems mentioned in the more negative Google reviews. I would absolutely stay at the Amber Inn in the future, great bang for your buck!

Positive: Convenient location, right off the freeway. Quiet, heard no loud guests nor doors slamming. It's a basic motel,do not expect luxury and you'll be fine. Will go there again. Negative: No.

Good price for the night. Good sized rooms and good location. Only issue was the sockets seemed loose, if that's possible. We're traveling with coolers and the plug came out in the night so no frozen icepacks. Same with phone chargers
