I've been coming here for a few years and never had a problem. All the nurses have been really nice and with a very good attitude always. I'm just talking base on my experience.

If I can give 100 stars I would! Donating plasma has become part of my weekly routine. As weird as this sounds, it’s something I really look forward to. The staff is amazing! Shout-out to Esley, Kurtis, Carol, Wesley and the whole Octapharma staff! Everyone works efficiently. I’m usually in and out of there in an hour tops. When I go to an establishment, whether it be a restaurant, department store, grocery store, etc….the way staff interacts with me determines if I will go back. I don’t care how delicious the food was, if the service sucked…I won’t go back. If the sales rep didn’t bother to ask if I needed help looking for anything, I won’t go back. I know going to Octapharma it’s going to be a great experience. Hence, why I’ve been going for 5 months now. Yes, the money is a nice incentive BUT the service I get there is priceless. Thank you, West Covina Octapharma! Y’all are literally the BEST!!!!!

My overall experience has been GREAT. This site is Clean, Staff are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the way the way staff asks every done how they're feeling ,throughout the visit . 1000 Starts If they had a button. Eslie has been a great staff member. I recommend this site highly.

Have only gone for my first time but so far, a great experience! Busier than I expected but employees were absolutely great! For those of you wondering, my total time there was about 3 hours since it was my first time and we had to do screenings and physicals and stuff. But I was only in the donation chair for 1.5 hours. I’m sure if I drank a bit more water it would have been faster but I’m also 6’6” so they took an entire liter of plasma. The debit card was loaded immediately which was nice. Will definitely be going back!

Well, it depends on your weight. I think if you weigh 175lbs or more, you receive the maximum donor fee of $25.00 for first donation of the week, and $40.00 for second donation of the week. In addition, they also have frequency bonuses. If I remember correctly, new donors make $75.00 for their first donation, $50.00 for second, third and fourth, and another $75.00 for fifth.. You may want to call them directly on that. I highly recommend this Octapharma.
Call and ask they will let you know
Yup
On the days they close at 5, yes. One hour should be enough time.
You receive your money once you are done donating.
As long as you can pass a blood test and a physical you can donate plasma. I recommend this center. All the staff here are amazing.
It's based on weight and frequency of donations. If you donate regularly, after a month the two higher weight groups earn $65 twice a week. They also have new donor bonuses. At the time of writing, I think its $100 for your first 7 donations for a total of $700.
No
I think it's best to get there no later than 12pm...it takes about 2 hours the first visit...but it get pretty busy after 12pm
That is a question you'll have to ask the staff.. honestly I dont know what their paying me for my weight!@
Do u mean covid testing?
Most of the staff is very friendly. The exception I've seen is Michelle. She can be.... rude, strict, cold, demanding? Not personal, I guess. I've seen her raise her voice at some lady before 🤔 but idk what happened then.
No you don't .I believe so there are different phone numbers for each site for each city .
If it falls between Sunday opening to Saturday closing
It's considered a gift or donation. Don't think you need to report it.
No, plasma donation is not a taxable income
Hummm.. Well i go in on Tuesday & Friday and so far the flow is really good.. Im in and out within 30-45 mins. And I usually show up about 9-10am
OPEN AT 7AM CLOSE AT 4PM
6 or 5 times it depends it could change
You should of have gotten your money as soon as you were finished donating. You should call them and ask them why. The first time i donated i had money as i walked out
If you're a first time donor it could take up to 3 hours. Otherwise less. Definitely eat before you donate.
They alternate their lunches so doesn't matter
No..
From what I asked last time, you can refer people but you have to do an account online and you get points. It’s not like before when you would get extra money right away after your referral made a donation.
