OMG! One of my new favorite places. From the moment I called inquiring if they did undercut design, I had great positive energy. Magic was super friendly on the phone and could help me right away. Padrino's is located in a quiet area on the north side of the 10 fwy in West Covina behind Porto's. Extremely pleasant atmosphere and Janet did my design and added color to it. I love it. It's different and cool. They even do tattoos. I'm excited to go back for the touch up on my design and possibly for my next tattoo. The best part they answer the phone. Many places I called didn't answer, the voice-mail wasn't set up or was full. They are open 7 days a week and everyone that works there is super cool and friendly. Reasonably priced.

My son went in today and came out with the most unprofessional haircut. My son is only 13 but looks like he's 18. So he didn't really tell the guy anything. I'm wondering if the individual even has a license to cut hair. It was that bad. Don't waste your money here
