Cant get anyone on the phone and the message is too fast to get any important information. They bothered to call me just to tell me they wont process my application until September when I applied they beginning of July.

Say they call you but the do not, then they will suspend your case and you will have to start over. Case manager won’t answer my calls or get back to me after leaving multiple messages.

I wouldn't even even give them a star (but I had no choice but to pick at least one so that I can post my comment) that's how horrible and disgusting and disrespectful they are to you. This is the last place on earth I would go for any service for anything. You have to wait in the lobby for hours and hours to be seen even if you were the first one in there. The workers there at the the window are terrible and very rude. They never help you instead they will turn their backs on you and close the window and then walk off and never come back to the window. Everyone that works there are horrible and disgusting people including the managers, staff members, caseworkers, security officers, and etc.

Terrible.i was treated horrible And I am personally and permanently (disgusted) in the manner that my wife and myself were treated. this government agency is awful I can only hope that they are investigated some day and all employees and program director be fired. Very long story short Bureaucratic red tape went beyond bureaucratic red tape and I am pretty sure that it continues to go on to this day. Bad very bad.
