The manager will find any little thing to kick you out. My little visit was a disaster because someone stole my motorcycle and my car. I asked to locals if any of their belongings were stole and they said "yes, it happens all the time. That's why you need to lock everything up. What ever not bolted down tweakers will still it at night." The park as dumby cameras that don't work.

This is one of the best RV parks I've ever been to. The place is quiet and clean. The bathrooms are up kept. The management is on point and always there to help. There's a pool and a rec room and great neighbors I've been living there for over 7 months and I love every minute of it

Have been here since July and this place is amazing. Clean bathrooms, hot water, big sites. And the staff is amazing and always there to help.

Super clean, like a little oasis of it’s own out here. Lol Ginger is phenomenal. Not sure about WiFi or cable. Haven’t tried to connect. Down fall, weekly spots don’t have septic drainage.
