If I were in need of life-saving care and my only two choices were this disgraceful operation or a veterinary clinic, I'd go see the vet. I showed up here today with terrible back spasms. I couldn't sit and write because of the pain. They wouldn't let me use a corner of the counter to fill out their paperwork even though I was in excruciating pain. The waiting room? 50 people in a space the size of a standard size living room. Mostly kids bouncing off the walls. Oh, did I mention no air conditioning? In August in Palm Springs? The ONLY open seat in the whole place was next to a kid who wouldn't stop coughing. Oh yeah, I had to wear a mask. Office rules. Too bad 1/3rd of the people in the room had theirs pulled down to their chins. Kid with whooping cough in an over-crowded waiting room? Where did they get their medical licenses in this joint? Out of a Cracker Jack box? The wait? 2 hours at 6pm and they close at 8 which means what? If they don't get to you by 8, they send you home? 10 minutes was all I could take. I left. Never going back. 1 star? Only because I couldn't leave no stars. Don't take anyone you care about here. This place needs to be investigated.

Go anywhere else for medical care. All this clinic will do is take your money, and leave you feeling helpless. I came in very sick, and Dr. Kasow had some of the worst bedside manner I've personally experienced from a doctor. He did not examine me, nor did he ask me any questions about my symptoms. He simply just repeated what I had written down I was here for on the paperwork I filled out in the waiting room, and then just said "it will resolve in a few days" and walked out before I could say or ask anything else. Well, it did not resolve in a few days and I had to pay to go to a different urgent care where I was properly treated. The second urgent care I went to was shocked at the treatment I received the first time. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also, Dr. Mark Kasow, it is time to retire.

I came here to get help after passing out from heat exhaustion. I was told by the medics where I passed out that I needed IV fluids at any urgent care. I called here in advance to make sure they had the capability, and they said they did. Instead, they took my urine, only looked at it, and informed me that they don’t have the ability to do IV fluids there and to go home and drink pedialyte or Gatorade. Basically do exactly what I’m doing already. Meanwhile, I’m STILL dizzy, exhausted and disoriented. Thanks for nothing. Good to see that medical degree is being used well. 👍

Got there early. The staff were awesome. Quick and efficient. I came in because I had closed my thumb in the car door. They got me x-rayed. Determine that nothing was broken. Gave me a splint to use while it heals.
