I’m very grateful towards Monica, she’s with the revenue recovery department in the Mojave, Ca courthouse. She went to the extreme to help me out. I had been calling and calling for the past months, trying to get a hold of someone in the revenue recovery department to help me out with a $300.00 assessment fee that i got for being late on a payment. It was my fault i fell behind on my fine payments. I called today and luckily she answered my call, I explained my situation to her she put me on hold for about a minute trying to get a hold of a supervisor to get approval to remove that assessment fee for me. She wasn’t able to get a hold of no supervisor at the moment, so she said she was going to try and track one down and call me back. About half an hour later she calls me back, and this is why i said she went to the extreme because she got a hold of Whitney which if I’m not mistaking she is the county supervisor for her department. Whitney approved the removal of the $300.00 assessment fee for my case. If it wasn’t for Monica i would have had to pay that fee, so I’m very grateful for her and all the other staff for being so helpful to people like me during these hard times.

I’ve been going to this court for my daughter and watched many people come in and out of this court. The judge is very fair and has great humanity ethics. Most to the young adults that come in and out of here in jail have drug problems. It’s open in an out in an out people I just wish that everyone could get drug counseling so they can understand what they’re doing. Drugs are chronic problem in this county but the system is very fair. So if you don’t like this court system it’s probably good because you deserve what you are going through.

Terrible court website and phone systems don't work feels like they are trying to make you miss your payment. I've been trying to make a payment for a traffic fine for a while now and every time I try to do it over the phone either the line is busy or the automated system that handles the payment just isn't working. Online is the same thing the service they use for processing payment online is always down. I don't live anywhere near Kern county I can't just come into the court this is bs.

If you like being talked down to by someone who's sole purpose in life is to receive traffic infraction fines... Here's your place. I would rather the Police just extort me than have to deal with likes of these folks.
