Food was hot & fresh. It was our first time st a Jack's and the gentleman who took our order was nice & offered suggestions of some of his favorites.

I asked if they had sourdough bread. I didn't know. Rude sarcastic manager "Miranda" told me that I was not at Jack in the box just Jack's. I guess it was easier to be rude and a smart a** than to actually help the only customer in the place.

I'm guessing I caught them on an off day but there were more employees than customers but the service was still slow. Burger was overcooked and dripping with stuff so it was quite messy, drowning the burger in toppings doesn't change the fact that it was overdone. The order of fries sat on the tray for 5 minutes while they made the burger so you know they were cold. Health score is currently 86 so I guess they don't use all the free time cleaning. Overall impression is they need work but given the lack of food availability in that area Jack's is not a bad choice but I'll probably go elsewhere in future.

Had the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit (egg didn't have a lot of seasoning) breakfast potatoes and coffee. Made for a decent breakfast. Place looked pretty cool from the outside; took away one star because the restaurant could have been a little bit cleaner and took away another star because the egg was rather flat in taste. Service was good and the place looked to be a favorite for locals and truckers..........place did have a paved parking lot for trucks. Would I return, yes
