I normally try to give fast food workers a break on alot due to the sheer horrible things the public does to food workers however this location is special. It feels as though they've either been rushed through training or management just doesn't do their jobs effectively. Half of the time they won't take orders if it's at or a little after the opening time. Wouldn't recommend this locatiob even as a last resort.

Get rid of the GD kiosk. Don't have a button to push if you need help if no one is going to come to help with the customer's order. It took me 20 minutes two coffees and large french fries. Some things are better just left alone.

They just did a complete remodel on this store, put 2 lanes in and put kiosk inside to order from and a HUGE sign out front that says dining room open. We get there this morning and noticed the inside is closed. There's one line in the drive thru open while the second line is closed with cones. The line is wrapped around the building, me and my kids sat in the same spot for 20 mins and NEVER moved an inch!! Really what's the point of the remodel and the convenience of having 2 lines and 2 new kiosk to make things move faster if it's closed?!? We finally pulled off and left like 5 other cars did behind us!

I went through the drive thru for lunch on 12/22/2021 at 12:18 and an employee intentionally damaged my car by dragging a cart of trash along my rear bumper. There was plenty of space between my car and the one behind me but the employee decided there wasn't. I asked him why he did it and he just said "accident" as he continued to walk to the dumpster. I will not be returning to this location except to recieve payment for repairs. I'd recommend anyone in the area to go to any of the 12 other fast food places within a mile from this McDonald's. I've never had a burger king employee intentionally damage my vehicle.
