I usually never have a problem with this one but today was absolutely just horrible customer service . Me and my mother were having a private conversation and as the takes our order he tells us to pull around , as the person at the first window was taking our money , I can hear 2 guys laughing in the background . And the one who took our order was laughing and next thing I heard was you didn’t the conversation I just heard in that white car there . I’ve worked in customer service since I was 18 years old . I get having conversations about customers but you shouldn’t do it right in front of their face , it’s just rude and disrespectful. I honestly think y’all need to be retrained on how to speak and talk to your customers

I went to the store at 9:00 p.m. and waited for 5 minutes at the ordering box for somebody to take my order or even just acknowledge me. I got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window and there was nobody inside seemingly but all of the lights are on.

I never expect much from McDonald's. However, I do expect to spend less than 20 minutes for a walk-in to-go order. There was one person waiting on food & no one at the registers. It took nearly five minutes for someone to come take our order. I'll add that her attitude left a lot to be desired. Afterwards, we waited, AND I KID YOU NOT, almost 15 minutes for two egg McMuffins & two chicken biscuits. One star is generous. The franchise owner should fire & hire; train people who WANT to work, and this place has a chance of important.

Ice cream machine is always down, pretty sure employees are just lazy and don't want to make them. Don't know why they even have it on the menu at this point as the order takers often seem annoyed when asked about it. Drinks are also often overly watered down and sometimes have off flavors like the soda machine is mixing drinks. Fries are often cold, line takes forever. Just go somewhere else, literally anywhere else
