Beautiful park. It's got a walking / jogging path around the perimeter. The entire loop, including the section where the garden club is housed is one mile. New bathrooms, picnic facilities and playground make it a great place for picnics and play dates. Plenty of space for games or getting away from folks. Pond full of ducks and geese. Rose garden is often used for weddings and photo shoots. A gem of a park

Every public area is usually first come first serve, doing a park venue will be this time to pitch a tent, music playing, even putting sign up reserving that particular area of the park. Always have a live body at your designated area for your party, people are always rude. Have FUN!

Plenty of open space for picnics but no fishing. There is a nice duck pond if you just want to animal watch.
street parking is available for free at this location except right now they're doing a lot of reconstruction on the park and street parking is hard you have to drive around the park a couple of times usually to find a place and it's kind of hard to park there but there is no parking in the park there's no public parking inside the park available right now and there's no parking given by the park they don't Supply parking for the park

Ok depends now you can have a picnic anytime in the park itself. But if you want to have a picnic in the rose garden Then yes the rose garden requires a reservation
Dang I am very unsure of that and this is a great question aha! One thing I do know, it opens early and closes early.
Public park. Just fees like if you have a wedding in the rose garden.
