Lowe's changed their hours without notice. They also provide free Wifi which brings people to their parking lot who can't afford Wifi making shopping less secure. They also have an unfair return policy.

What can be said, the lowes in this town is cleaner than the Home Depot and more welcoming, but the service and inventory are very similar. The website is not very great at reflecting the actual stock in this location, It might take a minute to find help but at least someone will ask you if you need help. I was there looking lost while searching for some light bulbs one day and an employee did point me in the right direction, They were a little rough and short with their responses but I understand that's just retail right now. Everyone is overworked and tired.

Dog friendly. My dogs favorite place to shop.😂 Was able to quickly locate my paint and painting supplies. Very few people inside and no long lines at checkout. I was asked by several employees if I needed help. I found that nice because I have had times when I couldn't find someone to help.

She was very helpful and helped me in no time. In about 10 minutes, they were rolling a new refrigerator into one of my crew members truck. Thank you, Rosa, for your great help. You earn a new customer and future sales for your store. I am a real estate broker, very active, and constantly buying all kinds of materials and new appliances to beautifully my clients' properties to maximize their retail value. We will meet again.
