Went into the store needing the water heater Jill approached me helping me not being on the clock which was very appreciated after she clocked in she assisted me further got me all to compare with everything I needed and on the way out a gentleman named Dave helped me out to the truck help me load everything it was very awesome thank you so much appreciate it

Paint mixing gone wrong! Not even sealed and he put it on the counter for me like (in his mind rhinking I see nothing!) I had to have someone page to mix paint got three cans started and when I returned from the carpet area he was nowhere to be found. I took the cans to customer service and said it was unacceptable. She said she will see if he would remake them. They acted like nothing was wrong with the can and I was crazy for asking (the can was leaking it could have made my car look like a Jackson Pollock Car and how would I open it, close it and put my pour top on it).... He started remaking two cans then after my paint was put into the shaker he disappeared again. I was not sure where because I was on my phone net returning a rug I ordered online that was in-stock in store ..... Customer service lady came back by after about 15 minutes later and said "is he making them ?" I said "I don't know where he went". She said "maybe a customer pulled him away" I said "what am I?" She was not amused at all! The rug is awesome! I picked up other items I ordered yesterday and the curbside delivery was great! The curtain rod is exactly as I expected!

For the hood this place isn't bad. You could get mugged at any moment in the parking lot! I try to park as close to the entrance as possible. By the way there's plenty of parking! Usually it's a ghost town in here but today was pretty busy. Customer service was on point! One employee actually walked me to the correct isle and another asked if I needed help. In this store that's a rarity. Usually the employees are sitting around talking because there's no one to help. I was looking at floor tile and the have a huge variety. Very trendy and very inexpensive. The store is always clean and in order. I've never seen it any other way. Regardless of the customer service I would still come to this store it's convenient for me and I think I'm a tuff girl!
